1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original protective packaging. Natural mineral variations (veining, internal crystal patterns, color banding) are natural characteristics of authentic Earth gemstones.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged during courier transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at empireagate1110@gmail.com along with photos of the parcel. We will dispatch an immediate free replacement or issue a full refund at zero return cost to you.
3. Return Process & Shipping
To initiate a return, contact our support desk with your Order ID. Our dispatch team will provide a return shipping label or arrange a pickup where courier service is available. Returned packages should be safely secured in original boxing.
4. Refund Methods
Once your return is inspected at our Khambhat facility, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) within 3-5 business days.
